Job title: Product Manager
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end ownership of a selected product domain (e.g., product discovery, online shopping, banking, growth, or platform). Define vision, create and prioritize a product roadmap, and manage feature lifecycles from discovery to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user impact.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑impact features on schedule, maintaining quality and user satisfaction.
- Act as the domain expert for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and opportunities clearly and consistently.
- Use data and market insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate tightly with engineering, design, and business teams while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product roadmap for the assigned domain, prioritizing features based on business value and user impact.
- Own end‑to‑end feature delivery: write specifications, iterate on designs, coordinate engineering, run testing, launch, and monitor post‑launch performance.
- Continuously gather and analyze product trends, competitor activity, and user feedback to refine strategy and maintain competitiveness.
- Communicate roadmap, status, and key decisions to all stakeholders, acting as the single source of truth for the domain.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory, and data‑quality standards across all product areas.
- Mentor junior product team members and share best practices across the team.
Required Skills:
- **Product Management:** Proven experience owning mobile or consumer‑facing product domains; strong roadmap and feature ownership.
- **Analytical Thinking:** Data‑driven decision making; ability to interpret metrics and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- **Technical Fluency:** Comfortable working in a software engineering environment, understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and mobile app architecture.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Required Education & Certifications:
