**Job Title**
Business Analyst
**Role Summary**
Analyze and interpret sales, marketing, and operational data to deliver actionable insights, ensuring data integrity across TE Connectivity's IHS, IBP, SAP, and EDI platforms. Support Sales & Commercial teams in decision‑making and drive process improvements by leveraging data visualization and reporting tools.
**Expectations**
- Deliver clear, concise data insights and dashboards to cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain high data quality and consistency across systems.
- Actively identify inefficiencies and recommend data‑driven solutions.
- Communicate findings in English, French, and Arabic.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to analyze historical and current sales data, uncover trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Extract and consolidate data from IHS, IBP, SAP, and EDI systems; validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with IT and functional stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and implement data governance standards.
- Identify process gaps, propose automation or workflow enhancements, and track implementation outcomes.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced Excel (pivots, formulas, macros).
- Experience with IHS, IBP, SAP, and EDI data systems.
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Multilingual: fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of business analyst or data support experience.
- Certifications in data analysis or related tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) are welcome.
