Job Title: Chief Risk Officer Role Summary Oversee and shape the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, safeguarding the institution’s assets, capital, and reputation across credit, market, liquidity, operational, and compliance domains. Serve as primary risk advisor to executive leadership and the Board Risk Committee, aligning risk strategy with business objectives. Expactations - Lead the Risk Management Division, ensuring cohesive, risk‑aware decision making. - Maintain proactive dialogue with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement of risk culture and capability worldwide.
