Build and execute a multi‑year sales roadmap, grow and develop a high‑performing sales team, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure accurate forecasting, go‑to‑market success, and strong customer relationships. **Expactations** - 10+ years of senior sales leadership in consumer packaged goods, with at least 2 years managing direct reports. - Deep knowledge of mass‑retail, key‑account, and e‑commerce channels. - Proven strategic agility, financial acumen, and decision‑making under fast‑paced, global conditions. - Excellent verbal and written communication, integrity, and a collaborative, team‑first leadership style. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort leading virtual and in‑person retailer meetings. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver portfolio net sales, earnings, and share targets within budgets. - Design and execute a multi‑year sales roadmap aligned with business goals. - Recruit, mentor, and retain a high‑performing sales team. - Prepare customer plans, budgets, and forecasts in partnership with analytics and operations. - Lead and represent the organization at key retailer meetings. - Provide critical customer input on new launches, spend deployment, packaging, and other go‑to‑market initiatives. - Monitor external market trends and work cross‑functionally to integrate findings into strategy. **Required Skills** - Strategic sales planning and execution. - Leadership and team development. - Category management and data‑driven decision making. - Cross‑functional collaboration (marketing, operations, analytics). - Negotiation, problem solving, and influencing. - Budgeting and financial analysis. - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Integrity, transparency, and customer‑centric mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Professional sales or category‑management certification preferred (e.g., CPSM, SCMP).
