**Role Summary**
Lead and manage the business relationship with a key mass‑retailer, delivering annual net sales, earnings, and share targets within allocated budgets. Build and execute a multi‑year sales roadmap, grow and develop a high‑performing sales team, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure accurate forecasting, go‑to‑market success, and strong customer relationships.
**Expactations**
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership in consumer packaged goods, with at least 2 years managing direct reports.
- Deep knowledge of mass‑retail, key‑account, and e‑commerce channels.
- Proven strategic agility, financial acumen, and decision‑making under fast‑paced, global conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, integrity, and a collaborative, team‑first leadership style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort leading virtual and in‑person retailer meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**
