Job Description
Job Title: Apprentice Project Manager Role Summary: Support senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects across public and private sectors, while studying for a fully funded BSc (Hons) in Project Management. Expactations: - Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development. - Maintain high standards of project governance and adherence to internal processes. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. - Manage time efficiently between project duties and academic study. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the delivery of projects worth up to £250 m. - Contribute to the preparation of tender and contract documents. - Help ensure compliance with internal governance and change‑control procedures. - Support the management and delivery of construction projects. - Aid in resource and works planning. - Facilitate project progress meetings with the project team. - Support senior staff in meeting business objectives. Required Skills: - Minimum GCSE pass in English Language and Maths (Grade 4/C). - 120 UCAS points or equivalent. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. - Full UK driving licence and vehicle access (desired). Required Education & Certifications: - Planning to study and complete a BSc (Hons) in Project Management (fully funded). - Suitability for Security Clearance.
