Job Title: Systems Engineer Role Summary Responsible for maintaining operational readiness of the company’s system and network infrastructure while contributing to strategic projects such as virtualization, backup, messaging, and security. Ensures continuity of services across the group and supports modernization and automation initiatives. Expectations - Deliver 24/7 reliable system and network operations. - Implement and enforce security policies aligned with ISO 27001. - Collaborate on infrastructure migrations and modernization efforts. - Produce clear, up‑to‑date documentation for internal knowledge bases and ServiceNow processes. Key Responsibilities 1. System Administration - Manage Microsoft environments (Entra ID, O365, Exchange, Active Directory). - Oversee user accounts, security groups, and MFA configuration. 2.
