Job title: Managing Director, IT Agency
Role Summary: Lead strategic direction, operations, and business development for a technology advisory firm. Oversee cross-functional teams, set growth strategy, and drive digital transformation initiatives for clients. Manage financial performance, deliver complex projects, and cultivate stakeholder relationships.
Expectations: Achieve revenue and profitability targets, expand client portfolio, maintain high client satisfaction, deliver projects on scope, time, and budget, and secure strategic partnerships that support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute company strategy, including market positioning and service portfolio expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary teams (consulting, engineering, data science, AI).
• Negotiate and secure new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring methodological rigor, quality, and client success.
• Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Communicate performance, strategy, and market insights to the executive team, board, and key stakeholders.
• Champion digital maturity, guiding clients through cloud, data analytics, automation, and AI adoption.
Required Skills:
• Executive leadership and organizational management.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, and automation technologies, including AI agents.
• Proven experience in strategy development, budgeting, and performance measurement.

Required Education & Certifications:
