**Job Title** Automotive Data Analyst **Role Summary** Entry‑level analyst responsible for collecting, validating, and coding automotive data from OEMs to support accurate and comprehensive product displays. Works primarily with ordering, pricing, and technical information, ensuring data integrity and alignment with industry standards. **Expactations** - Meet all departmental deadlines and quality targets. - Maintain high accuracy (>99 %) in data entry and testing. - Respond promptly to quality queries and customer error reports. - Adapt to changing priorities and fluctuating workloads, including overtime and flexible hours. **Key Responsibilities** - Review and analyze manufacturer source documents for discrepancies or gaps. - Enter and test incentive vehicle data for mid‑level complexity vehicles across multiple OEMs. - Participate in training modules and complete assessments to qualify for full duties. - Contribute to product updates, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Perform quality checks and resolve identified issues, documenting corrections. - Collaborate with team members and support overall project objectives. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure. - High attention to detail and self‑management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Post‑secondary education (degree or equivalent) or related work experience. - No specific certification required.
