**Job Title:** Technical Delivery Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an enterprise‑scale data integration and analytics platform on Microsoft Fabric for a complex marketing analytics environment. Design, build, operationalise pipelines, transformations, and data models, ensuring production readiness, performance, scalability, and governance.
**Expectations:**
Deliver stable, high‑performance analytical datasets on time; maintain platform reliability, governance, and continuous improvement; collaborate effectively with business, IT, governance, and analytics teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, govern, and operationalise Fabric pipelines, PySpark transformations, and Lakehouse Medallion architecture.
- Translate business requirements and data roadmaps into executable technical designs, sprint backlogs, and delivery plans.
- Own platform performance, reliability, and scalability through monitoring, Spark tuning, and workload optimisation.
- Coordinate technical activities across business, governance, IT, and analytics engineering to produce certified production‑ready datasets.
- Oversee release engineering: Dev‑Test‑Prod promotion, cut‑over, rollback, and post‑release stabilization.
- Provide architectural reviews, code governance, reusable framework development, and long‑term scalability planning.
**Required Skills:**
- 10–15 years of data engineering, analytics delivery, or large‑scale data platform execution experience.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Fabric, large‑scale ingestion and transformation pipelines, and lakehouse/data‑warehousing concepts.
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and data quality frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Hands‑on proficiency in data pipeline tools, data modelling, and data product delivery.
- Experience with Spark performance tuning and workload optimisation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or equivalent Microsoft Fabric/SQL/Data Engineering credentials.
