Job Description

Job title: AI Engineer Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and production deployment of proprietary AI algorithms that enhance patent generation. Drive state‑of‑the‑art evaluation pipelines, advanced prompt engineering, and seamless integration across a full stack (Python, PostgreSQL, React). Expactations: Deliver production‑ready AI solutions that materially improve model quality in under‑milliseconds. Iterate rapidly, shipping features to users in days. Own end‑to‑end AI product lifecycle from research to deployment. Communicate technical decisions clearly to cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build high‑performance machine learning models for intellectual property generation. - Create scalable, reproducible evaluation pipelines to benchmark proprietary LLMs and guide R&D direction. - Conduct research and implement cutting‑edge prompting strategies to maximize LLM efficacy. - Integrate AI models into production environments using Python, PostgreSQL, and React/TypeScript. - Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to translate research into intuitive user experiences. - Maintain version control, continuous integration, and monitoring for all AI components. Required Skills: - Expert Python programming with strong experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow). - Proven track record of shipping AI or evaluation pipelines to production. - Deep understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and modern LLM architectures. - Familiarity with PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and React for end‑to‑end feature delivery. - Ability to write clean, well‑tested code and manage source control (Git). - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field. - Relevant certifications in AI/ML or deep learning are a plus but not mandatory.
