Job Description
Job Title: Product Manager – Unified Communications & Contact Centre Role Summary: Lead the UC & Contact Centre product portfolio, shaping product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a 3‑month contract. Expectations: Immediate start, fully remote, £450/day inside IR35, 3‑month fixed‑term engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Define product vision and strategy for the UC & Contact Centre line. - Prioritise features and manage the backlog in collaboration with engineering, design, sales and support. - Drive cross‑functional alignment, including requirement gathering, sprint planning, and release coordination. - Analyse market, competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Own key performance metrics and iterate on product based on data insights. - Communicate status, risks and outcomes to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors. Required Skills: - Proven product management experience (≥3‑5 years) in Unified Communications, Contact Center, or similar SaaS domain. - Strong knowledge of UC and CCM technologies (VoIP, IVR, chat, contact center orchestration). - Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies and release planning. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate technical details into business value. - Data‑driven decision making – proficiency with analytics tools, metrics definition and reporting. - Ability to work remotely and deliver outcomes within a short contract timeline. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Relevant product‑management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI – Product Management, or similar) highly desirable.
