Job Description

Job Title AI/ML Engineer Role Summary Senior AI/ML Engineer leading research and development teams to design and implement novel AI solutions in computer vision, reinforcement learning, large language models, and NLP. Drives end‑to‑end delivery from prototype to production, mentors junior engineers, and engages in early‑stage client interactions and technical bidding. Expactations * Deliver technically complex or novel research projects that address client challenges. * Lead agile engineering teams, driving rapid, high‑quality development. * Translate academic research into practical applications. * Maintain security clearance eligibility. Key Responsibilities * Conceive and prototype innovative AI/ML applications. * Design, develop, and optimize algorithms for computer vision, RL, LLMs, and NLP. * Lead and mentor engineering squads, fostering agile workflows. * Author technical documentation, proposals, and solution architectures. * Estimate task breakdowns, contribute to bidding and solution definition. * Engage with clients to understand problems and present technical solutions. Required Skills * Proven AI/ML R&D experience (computer vision, reinforcement learning, NLP, LLMs). * Strong software engineering fundamentals, proficient in Python and modern tooling. * Experience leading agile teams and delivering complex solutions quickly. * Ability to adapt academic research to industry contexts. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field. * Relevant AI/ML certifications (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS ML, or equivalent). * Eligibility for SC clearance (or ability to obtain).
