Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Role Summary
Provide day‑to‑day marketing support to the Marketing & Business Development team, managing materials, digital content, events, CRM data, and basic market research to execute the organization’s marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, format, and distribute marketing collateral (brochures, newsletters, presentations, client communications).
- Assist with digital marketing activities: social‑media scheduling, website and content updates, email campaigns.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and external marketing initiatives, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor and engage on social‑media channels to maintain brand consistency.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM system.
- Develop and schedule content across marketing channels, ensuring brand tone and voice alignment.
- Conduct basic research on market, client, and competitor trends to support campaigns.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Business Development team.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, engaging content.
- High organization, strong attention to detail, multi‑tasking across deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Comfortable using social‑media platforms, web CMS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign) is advantageous.

Required Education & Certifications
