Provide hands‑on development, oversee quality processes, and collaborate with outsourced teams to ensure high‑standard deliverables. **Expectations:** - Deliver robust, maintainable Salesforce applications that meet business requirements. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within the team. - Provide accurate effort estimates and review outsourced development estimates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, coach, and grow a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. - Design and implement technical solutions using Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex), Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative capabilities. - Build integrations with native Salesforce APIs, custom APIs, and ETL tools. - Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for Apex and configuration design. - Drive automated testing strategy for Salesforce functionality. - Manage quality assurance processes, coordinate with outsourced teams, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality metrics. - Document architecture, configurations, and development guidelines in Confluence. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of software development experience; 3+ years on the Salesforce platform. - Deep expertise in Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL/SOSL), Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative tools. - Proven experience building integrations via Salesforce APIs, custom APIs, and ETL tools. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices for code and configuration architecture. - Experience with automated testing frameworks on Salesforce. - Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Confluence. - Leadership and coaching experience; people‑management skills a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required; Progression toward Technical Architect certification preferred.
