**Job Title** Social Media Manager **Role Summary** Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of end-of-life care organisation's social media strategy across main channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). Drive content creation, community engagement, paid media, and regional social presence to elevate brand awareness and support key campaigns. **Expectations** - Deliver a data‑driven social media strategy aligned with broader communications and marketing plans. - Manage day‑to‑day content production, community growth, and stakeholder relationships across all platforms. - Oversee paid media budgets, performance analysis, and ROI optimisation. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, produce, and schedule daily organic and paid content for all social channels, achieving high engagement and reach. - Develop and execute social media strategy for flagship campaigns (e.g., Great Daffodil Appeal, Year of Reflection, Nobody Should Die in Poverty). - Analyse performance metrics; use insights to refine tactics and reporting. - Lead regional social media initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand voice and local relevance. - Manage relationships with external agencies, digital marketing colleagues, and internal stakeholder groups across devolved nations. - Oversee budget allocation for paid social; make strategic spend decisions to maximise impact. **Required Skills** - Expertise in social‑first content creation across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Proficient in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and paid media optimisation. - Strong data interpretation and performance optimisation capabilities. - Proven experience building and nurturing online communities. - Ability to coordinate multi‑channel campaigns and manage key stakeholders, including regional leaders. - Excellent communication, project management, and editorial skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree not essential; demonstrable experience in developing and executing social media strategy and plans. - Demonstrated proficiency in social media strategy, analytics, and paid media management. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Social Media) are desirable but not mandatory.
