No prior sales experience required. **Expectations** Achieve daily call and meeting targets (e.g., 30 calls/day). Drive lead qualification, coordinate with technical sales teams, and exceed pipeline generation goals without commission caps. **Key Responsibilities** - Generate leads via high-volume outreach (email, phone, Zoom). - Conduct discovery calls and short product presentations. - Maintain CRM records with detailed follow-up notes. - Collaborate with Technical Sales Managers (TSMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to advance sales opportunities. - Master lead development tools (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, SciLeads). - Research and communicate technical product value propositions tailored to life sciences markets. - Represent company professionally in virtual and in-person interactions. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in molecular biology/life sciences terminologies. - Excellent written/verbal communication (phone, email). - Strong self-motivation to work independently. - Multilingual capability (required for Central EU outreach). - Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM platforms. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree in biology, genomics, or related life sciences field. - Prior molecular biology laboratory experience.
