Job Description: **Job title:** Lead Functional ERP (Full-Time, F/M) **Role Summary:** Lead functional specialist for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation across France and internationally. Own end‑to‑end business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and post‑go‑live support for Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules, ensuring functional coherence and operational efficiency within the group. **Expectations:** - Drive the full lifecycle of ERP projects from Business Case to Go‑Live. - Act as the main liaison between business units, technical teams, and stakeholders. - Deliver high‑quality documentation, migration plans, training, and change‑management initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and analyze business requirements across multiple domains. - Translate requirements into functional specifications and technical design. - Define architectural decisions to maintain solution coherence. - Conduct gap analysis for new site deployments and prepare deployment plans. - Author and manage the functional roadmap, including Business Case development. - Configure and test the ERP solution (parameterization, UAT, integration). - Produce documentation, data migration scripts, training materials, and facilitate workshops. - Coordinate solution evolution, prioritize enhancements, and negotiate trade‑offs. - Provide post‑go‑live support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of SAP experience with a minimum of 2 years as SAP Solution Architect. - Proven involvement in a complete ERP implementation cycle (Business Case to Go‑Live). - Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. - Proficient in French and English (oral and written). - Ability to travel within France and internationally. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Information Systems or related discipline. - SAP certification(s) preferred (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA).
