Job Description
**Job Title:** Technical Sales Representative – Aerospace Division (Male/Female) **Role Summary:** Manage a portfolio of professional aerospace clients through a centralized, in‑house sales model. Serve as the primary contact for all customer inquiries, coordinate with mobile technical sales teams, design pricing offers, handle invoicing, dispute resolution, and ensure end‑to‑end order fulfillment. Research products and solutions, maintain supplier relationships, and optimize delivery schedules. **Expectations (Expactations):** - Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical‑commercial environment. - Bold, energetic B2B sales mindset with a willingness to tackle challenging objectives. - Curiosity about the aerospace industry and interest in industrial commercial processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Receive and triage client requests via phone, email, or other channels. - Route requests to mobile technical sales teams when scope exceeds in‑house expertise. - Collaborate with assigned technical sales representative to create price proposals, invoices, and resolve disputes. - Conduct market research to identify optimal products and suppliers for client needs. - Oversee the entire sales cycle: order creation, validation, and delivery tracking. - Monitor pending orders, update clients, and liaise with suppliers to shorten delivery times. - Maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM systems. - Participate in sales meetings and share insights on product performance and market trends. **Required Skills:** - B2B sales acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales tools. - Teamwork orientation; comfortable working in partnership with mobile tech sales staff. - Knowledge of aerospace or industrial product specifications is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a 5‑year (Bac+5) degree program – generalist or mechanical engineering. - Specializations such as CSST (Chambre Syndicale des Techniciens) or TCPSI (Technicien Commercial Production et Services Industriels) preferred. - Technical background (engineering, industrial technology, or related field) considered an asset.
