DevOps Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines across on‑premise and cloud environments. Automate integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring workflows while supporting infrastructure migration to Azure, AWS, or GCP. Manage development, staging, and production environments, collaborating closely with developers, architects, and system teams to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.

• Guide and implement cloud migrations and continuous integration practices.
• Uphold high standards of security, availability, and performance.
• Document processes clearly and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate fluently in English; German language skills are a significant advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and monitoring workflows with scripting (Bash, Python).
- Lead or support migration of existing infrastructures to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Manage and monitor development, staging, and production environments.
- Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
- Set up monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack or equivalents.
- Ensure solutions meet security, high‑availability, and performance requirements.
- Provide documentation and training to teams on new tools and processes.
**Required Skills**
- DevOps tooling: Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
- IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP (experience on at least one).
- Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python).
- Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and high‑availability principles.
- Excellent teamwork, documentation, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Software Development.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of professional DevOps or SRE experience.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills highly desirable.
