Job Title: Contract Account Admin Role Summary: Serve as a key member of the Order Processing team, managing contract lifecycle and order entry tasks for Enterprise Imaging customers. Ensure accurate and timely documentation, maintain data across systems (SAP, CRM), support billing and VBL audits, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve order‑related issues. Required Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups). - Experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle EBS) and CRM (Salesforce). - Strong written and verbal communication in business English. - High accuracy in data entry and record maintenance. - Math/basic accounting knowledge. - Competence with MS Office (Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. - Excellent time‑management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. - Initiative, positive attitude, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.
