**Job Title** Junior Project Manager **Role Summary** Assist in overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of client projects while building and maintaining trusted client relationships. Provide administrative, coordination, and communication support to the delivery and account teams, and grow into a confident project leader through mentorship and hands‑on experience. **Expectations** * Rapid learning and self‑direction in project planning, budgeting, and risk management. * Clear, confident communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. * Ownership of project details and proactive identification of blockers. * Collaboration across cross‑functional teams and external vendors. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Project Management** – Plan resources and timelines, coordinate tasks across multiple projects, track progress and budgets, flag risks to senior staff, and deliver weekly status reports. 2. **Client Communication** – Capture requirements into concise briefs, create client‑ready decks, schedule and run calls with clear agendas, take meeting notes and distribute action items. 3. **Account Support** – Develop deep client business knowledge, propose improvements, and assist Client Services Director with account planning, reporting, and growth initiatives. 4. **Operational Support** – Maintain accurate documentation in internal tools, proofread deliverables, upload and organize content into CMS, and support broader agency operations. **Required Skills** * Excellent written and spoken English; clear, concise messaging to clients and internal stakeholders. * Strong organizational skills – managing multiple deadlines, schedules, and priorities. * Proactive, solution‑focused mindset with keen attention to detail. * Digital fluency: Zoom, Microsoft Teams; familiarity with collaboration tools (Figma, Miro) is a plus. * Team‑first attitude, willingness to take ownership, and a passion for delivering quality. **Required Education & Certifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree (business, communications, marketing, or related field) is preferred. * No specific certifications required at entry level; willingness to pursue project‑management training (e.g., CAPM, Agile) is encouraged.
