Job Description

Job title: Senior Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead architectural and development work on fintech digital products, engaging directly with clients to design and deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions. Expectations: - 3‑month contract, extendable; 3 days a week onsite. - Immediate start. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and implement client solutions across front‑end and back‑end stacks. - Deliver end‑to‑end user stories in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban). - Coach peers, mentor junior staff, and promote best coding practices. - Conduct client meetings, provide technical guidance, and manage project progression. - Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and agile ceremonies. Required Skills: - Strong development background in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue.js. - Proficiency in back‑end technologies (Node.js, Go, Rust) and database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch). - Experience with microservices, event‑driven architectures, serverless, and CQRS. - Skilled in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform, Pulumi), and CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions). - Advanced Git source‑control practices. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to new languages/frameworks and choose appropriate tech stacks. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Professional certifications in software architecture or relevant cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are advantageous.
