**Job title:** Regional Partner Manager, EMEA **Role Summary:** Lead the expansion of Semgrep’s partner ecosystem across EMEA, focusing on VARs, resellers, and technology alliances. Develop and execute partner‑led growth strategies, enable partners to effectively position developer‑first security solutions, and drive joint account pursuits that generate measurable pipeline and revenue. **Expectations:** - 5+ years of partner/channel sales experience in AppSec, cybersecurity, or developer tools, with a proven record of surpassing quota. - Established relationships with VARs, resellers, and channel decision‑makers. - Ability to articulate technical value as business outcomes and convey the importance of developer‑first security to partners and customers. - Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across all stakeholder levels. - Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter to thrive in a fast‑moving, growth‑stage environment. - Willingness to travel within the region (up to ~50%). **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Create and execute a partner‑led growth plan for the EMEA region aligned with company revenue targets. 2. Recruit, activate, and manage VARs and resellers that reach engineering and security buyers. 3. Partner with Solutions Architects to technically enable partners for confident representation of Semgrep. 4. Align with field sales to pursue joint opportunities and convert partner‑sourced leads into closed deals. 5. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product roadmap, industry trends, and competitive landscape. **Required Skills:** - Partner / channel sales strategy and execution. - Negotiation, closing, and pipeline management. - Technical enablement and training delivery. - Strategic account planning and joint‑sales execution. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication. - Data‑driven decision making and performance analysis. - Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, PMP, CISSP) are a plus but not mandatory.
