**Job Title:** Sales Manager – Distributed Business (Morocco) **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth for LONGi’s photovoltaic solutions in Morocco by acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, and overseeing end‑to‑end sales cycles. Provide accurate forecasts, mentor junior staff, and ensure seamless project delivery in coordination with technical and operations teams. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong account relationships. - Deliver precise sales forecasts and pipeline reports. - Support junior sales personnel to achieve team goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in the PV, energy storage, and inverter markets. - Manage and grow existing customer accounts, handling negotiations, proposal preparation, and contract finalization. - Coordinate project implementation with technical and operations teams to ensure on‑time, quality delivery. - Produce regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports. - Mentor and coach junior sales team members. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales expertise in the solar industry (≥3 years), with a record of achieving targets. - Strong account management and customer relationship capabilities. - Solid understanding of contract negotiation and commercial/legal terms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Results‑driven, customer‑focused mindset. - Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant sales or industry certifications (optional but advantageous).
