**Job Title:** Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end construction projects for data center environments, coordinating architects, engineering firms, and contractors from design through final handover, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget compliance while upholding safety and quality standards.
**Expectations:**
- Manage full project lifecycle, deliver on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong client, contractor, and cross‑functional team relationships.
- Champion safety, health, and environmental best practices.
- Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets (MS Project).
- Coordinate design and construction documentation, change orders, and quality control.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and enforce compliance with specifications.
- Facilitate communication among architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and financial updates.
- Close projects, manage hand‑over to operations, and document lessons learned.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management in construction or infrastructure (minimum 3+ years).
- Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and building systems for data centers.
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; digital tool fluency.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Dutch required, French a plus.
- Structured, disciplined work approach; independent decision‑making.
- Leadership in health and safety, with focus on creating safe working environments.
- Relationship‑building with clients, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant construction project management experience preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent a plus.
