**Role Summary**
Develop and execute Dyson Beauty’s global communications and influencer strategy. Coordinate cross‑market storytelling, campaign toolkits, and influencer relationships to ensure consistent, culturally relevant brand narratives and earned media coverage. Work collaboratively with global and regional teams, managing agency partners and influencer assets to deliver high‑quality outcomes across PR, paid, owned, and earned channels.

- Deliver consistent, high‑impact global storytelling and influencer programs that align with Dyson Beauty’s brand and product launches.
- Maintain and grow a robust network of beauty influencers, ensuring compliance and alignment with brand, legal, and regional guidelines.
- Produce actionable insights from campaign performance to inform future strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop global communications and influencer strategies for product launches and ongoing brand campaigns.
- Create and maintain global campaign toolkits (key messages, Q&A, asset packs, influencer briefs, content calendars).
- Coordinate with regional and in‑market communications teams for consistent storytelling and creative alignment.
- Build and manage end‑to‑end influencer relationships: communication, contracts, product allocation, creative briefing, budget oversight, and agent management.
- Partner with Category, PR, Social, Media, Digital, and Retail teams to integrate earned coverage and influencer content across paid and owned channels.
- Ensure influencer content meets brand, legal, and regional standards; uphold transparent disclosure and usage rights.
- Optimize influencer content for SEO and platform best practices; collaborate with social and content teams.
- Oversee influencer briefs for product launches and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and market alignment.
- Share best practices and insights regionally to elevate global influencer and social activity.
- Analyze campaign performance; deliver monthly and quarterly reports integrating social data into broader marketing metrics.
**Required Skills**
- Proven global or in‑market experience in influencer marketing and communications.
- Expertise in managing cross‑functional campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Strong media relations skills and familiarity with beauty influencer engagement.
- Proficiency in influencer contracts, budgets, and agency coordination.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of social platforms, digital marketing principles, SEO, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with influencer search tools, performance assessment platforms, and content management tools.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, public relations, or influencer marketing are a plus.
