**Job Title**
Consultant – Semarchy xDI
**Role Summary**
Lead implementation and support of Semarchy xDI solutions for diverse clients, driving data integration, governance, and decision‑making workflows. Act as a technical partner, delivering end‑to‑end solutions while mentoring peers and ensuring high project quality.
**Expectations**
- Deliver self‑driven projects from scoping to production
- Continuously improve Semarchy xDI expertise through hands‑on work, training, and certifications
- Collaborate with senior data professionals and cross‑functional teams
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of related data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Qlik, Talend, etc.)
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, develop, and deploy Semarchy xDI data pipelines, mappings, and transformations.
2. Integrate Semarchy with source systems, storage layers, and downstream analytics solutions.
3. Configure and manage data models, hierarchies, and business logic within Semarchy.
4. Perform performance tuning, data quality checks, and troubleshooting.
5. Produce technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, and validate solutions.
7. Mentor junior consultants and share best practices within the team.
**Required Skills**
- Deep proficiency in Semarchy xDI (data integration, semantics layer).
- Advanced SQL (T‑SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent).
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and data governance.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, Qlik, Talend, DBT, Apache Airflow).
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and multi‑task across projects.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Semarchy xDI certification preferred; equivalent ELT/ETL credentials acceptable.
- Continuous learning mindset with willingness to obtain additional certifications.
