Job Description
**Job title** Change Manager **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end Change Management process for a global IT landscape. Serve as the central point of contact for all change activity, ensuring controlled, compliant, and risk‑balanced delivery of service changes, releases, and outages. Champion continuous improvement and stakeholder communication while coordinating with Service Operations, Release Management, and external partners. **Expectations** - Maintain disciplined change governance across a large, distributed IT environment. - Balance business agility with service stability, minimizing risk to critical services. - Demonstrate strong leadership and decision‑making under pressure. - Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Own and operate the full Change Management process. 2. Serve as primary point of contact for all change‑related activity. 3. Review, plan, and assess global product changes and system releases. 4. Conduct impact and risk assessments for proposed changes. 5. Plan and communicate service outages and maintenance windows to stakeholders. 6. Chair weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. 7. Maintain and publish the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC). 8. Perform post‑implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and track improvement actions. 9. Support Release Management processes and attend Release Board / project release meetings. 10. Build relationships with third‑party partners and internal resolver groups. 11. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct trend analysis. 12. Contribute to Problem Management for major or recurring incidents. 13. Produce critical reports and metrics for governance and performance reviews. 14. Mentor the Change Analyst to develop team capability. **Required Skills** - Strong command of ITIL v4 frameworks and practical application. - Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and driving service improvement initiatives. - Proficient with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or equivalent). - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Analytical mindset with robust problem‑solving skills. - Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. - Experience in a global or regional IT Operations or Service Support role. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - ITIL Practitioner (mandatory) or ITIL v3 Expert (desired). ---
