Job title: Revenue Operations Analyst Role Summary: A data and systems analyst who drives accuracy, efficiency, and insight across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by managing HubSpot, creating dashboards, supporting GTM compensation, and optimizing territory/account processes. Expectations: - Deliver a single, reliable source of truth for all GTM teams. - Enable AEs to spend less time on CRM friction and more on selling. - Ensure compensation, territories, and account ownership are accurately tracked and reported. - Scale revenue operations smoothly as the business grows.
