Job Description: **Job Title** Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) **Role Summary** Maintain and evolve shared cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity platforms. Manage capacity planning, configuration, incident escalation (N2/N3), and technical architecture decisions. Champion best practices, documentation, and platform obsolescence control. Collaborate with a 12‑person DevOps/Infra team in an agile environment. **Expectations** - Demonstrated experience with platform maintenance and evolution, especially log management. - Strong curiosity, client‑support attitude, and adaptability to uncertain environments. - Proactive participation in technical direction and project evolution. **Key Responsibilities** - Capacity planning: vulnerability management, platform reviews, feature additions. - Ensure platform uptime: configuration, life‑cycle management. - Provide technical expertise for N2/N3 incidents. - Contribute to architecture design and propose technical directions. - Promote best practices (knowledge transfer, technology watch, methodology, processes). - Manage platform obsolescence and profitability in partnership with lead tech and product marketing manager. - Write and update technical/exploit documents. **Required Skills** - Automation & configuration: Ansible, Git, Bash, Python. - Scripting: Bash, Python; Go (optional). - Log collection & visualization: Loki, Alloy, Elasticsearch, Logstash. - Container & virtualization: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift. - Optimization: FinOps, performance tuning. - Monitoring: Nagios. - General DevOps tooling: ELK stack, Git, YAML, Python. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications in DevOps, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms are advantageous.
