**Job Title**
Data Solutions Analyst – Financial Data Analyst
**Role Summary**
Provide expert support to the Data Solutions team by setting up, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of key product referential data across booking, market data, and settlement systems. Serve internal stakeholders from front, middle, and back office, delivering accurate data, coordinating corporate actions, managing daily controls, and driving continuous process improvement to support trading, settlement, reporting, and risk activities.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years experience in the financial services sector.
- Graduate degree (or in progress) in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven ability to interact with C‑level executives and manage competing deliverables.
- Strong communication, presentation, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
- Self‑driven, adaptable, and committed to transparent delivery of directives.
**Key Responsibilities**
*Product Referential/Data Solutions*
- Create, update, and manage instrument and static data for equity derivatives and fixed‑income products in all booking, market data, and settlement systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, provide enhancements, and streamline reconciliations.
- Set up and maintain books and portfolios.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal clients regarding product referential data issues.
- Cultivate relationships with front, middle, and back‑office stakeholders.
- Define task allocation, workload, and objectives for team members.
- Conduct daily controls of local market data (closing prices, rates, fixings, volatility) used for P&L and risk.
- Monitor, maintain, and communicate corporate action events across internal and external systems.
- Coordinate announcements and auctions of U.S. Treasury securities when issued.
- Participate in local and global process‑improvement projects and system migrations.
- Escalate issues promptly to management, control, or compliance teams.
*Business Support*
- Prepare KPI and team metric reports.
- Develop materials for CIB Americas knowledge‑sharing.
- Coordinate senior meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and action follow‑ups.
- Assist Head of Data Solutions with project oversight and monitoring.
- Produce business commentaries (weekly, monthly, ad‑hoc) and corresponding deliverables.
- Manage ad‑hoc and transversal projects across CIB, ensuring clear deliverables.
- Track and collect deliverables for management reporting.
- Oversee business continuity planning (BCP) and business‑as‑usual (BAU) adherence across the CIB perimeter.
**Required Skills**
- Data governance and referential data management.
- Deep understanding of equity derivative and fixed‑income products.
- Expertise in data quality frameworks and control processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data‑management tools.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Graduate degree (or pursuing) in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related discipline.
