Job Description
**Job Title:** Performance & Attribution Business Analyst – 12 Month Daily Rate Contract **Role Summary:** Provide business analysis and project support for a global Globalisation and outsourcing programme of the Performance function within Investment Operations, delivering improvements in integration, commercial growth, and operational efficiency across US and UK markets. **Expectations:** * Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for a target operating model. * Act as liaison between Performance, Business‑As‑Usual (BAU) SMEs, and outsourced partners. * Maintain rigorous status reporting, risk, and issue tracking. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the Middle Office Globalisation programme, ensuring timely delivery of programme milestones. - Collaborate with global stakeholders and outsourced providers to maintain momentum and alignment. - Design and drive the strategic target operating model for the Globalised Performance function. - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; contribute to the project management toolkit. - Produce status updates, risk logs, and issue trackers for Performance BAU. - Assist the Global Head of Performance with strategic input and day‑to‑day operational support. - Engage in business‑process re‑engineering, change management and transformation activities. **Required Skills:** - Deep understanding of end‑to‑end Performance & Attribution lifecycle and external market infrastructure. - Experience with Middle Office/Performance service providers and performance systems, regulations, and public market lifecycle. - Proficient in business‑process mapping, data‑flow modelling, requirements gathering, and documentation. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving and facilitation abilities. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills at all levels. - Self‑starter, deadline‑driven and capable of managing multiple concurrent activities. - Solid IT fluency; familiarity with BA tools, process‑mapping technologies, and MI presentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. - Professional certification preferred (CBAP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent business analysis/ project‑management qualification). ---
