**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager – Power Plants
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end project management for DCS/PLC system upgrades in Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plants. Ensure alignment with company standards, safety, cybersecurity, and IEC 61508/61511 requirements while coordinating engineering contractors, plant sites, and technical suppliers.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and industry standards.
- Act as primary interface among production sites, head‑office technical teams, and suppliers.
- Provide technical guidance and benchmark European best practices.
- Support tender consultation and contractor mobilization phases as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead selection and management of independent engineering firms during pre‑study.
2. Finalize pre‑study specifications and tender documentation.
3. Coordinate with production sites, technical teams, and suppliers (Siemens, ABB, Ansaldo, GE).
4. Ensure segregation of safety and process control functions, cybersecurity, and IEC 61508/61511 compliance.
5. Address equipment and software obsolescence.
6. Benchmark and document actions of other CCGT operators in Europe.
7. Centralize, update, and maintain technical documentation.
8. Prepare and manage project strategy, activity reports, meeting minutes, and schedules.
9. Support tender consultation and contractor mobilization as required.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 10 years project management experience in instrumentation, automation, control, and safety systems.
- Expert knowledge of DCS/PLC architectures and integration.
- Strong analytical, organizational, autonomous, anticipatory, initiative, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and maintain a strategic perspective.
- Proven experience with Siemens, ABB, Ansaldo, and GE products.
- Fluency in French and English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
