Job Title: Sales Manager – Deezer Business (Professional Solutions)
Role Summary:
Lead the expansion of Deezer Business, driving revenue growth through B2B sales, account management, and full‑cycle deployment of licensed music solutions for retail, hospitality, fitness, and enterprise clients.
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 years proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or retail technology solutions.
- Hands‑on operational experience coordinating enterprise deployments.
- Strong organizational and process‑management skills; able to juggle multiple accounts and cross‑team workflows.
- Self‑starter with a startup mindset, proactive problem‑solver, fast learner.
- Fluent in French and English, excellent communication at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities across chains, hospitality groups, restaurants, cafes, and public venues.
- Build and present commercial proposals tailored to client needs and corporate structures.
- Navigate multi‑stakeholder decision cycles (HQ, franchises, procurement, IT, operations) to secure deals.
- Own and grow an active client portfolio, ensuring upsell and long‑term retention.
- Represent Deezer Business at industry events, networking sessions, and market discussions.
- Oversee end‑to‑end deployment: needs assessment, configuration, licensing, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
- Coordinate with Product, Editorial, Legal, Finance, and external partners to guarantee compliant, timely delivery.
- Monitor service performance, produce structured performance reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Knowledge of music licensing or rights management is a plus.
- SaaS or sales‑related certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) welcomed but not mandatory.
