Sales Intern – B2B Music Solutions, French Speaking (Deezer for Professionals)
Role Summary
Support the growth of Deezer for Professionals by driving B2B prospecting, sales, and client onboarding within France and Europe. Act as the primary point of contact for SMB customers, manage inbound leads, prepare proposals, and collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions.
Expectations
* Launch and sustain outbound prospecting campaigns targeting professional venues (cafés, retail, offices, hospitality).
* Own the entire sales funnel from enrollment to subscription renewal, ensuring a high conversion rate for €10k‑+ annual contracts.
* Maintain strong, proactive communication with prospects and clients in French and English.
* Provide real‑time customer support, incident resolution, and liaison with finance for invoicing.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of sales tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting activities in France & Europe.
- Manage inbound client requests, qualify leads, and guide them through closing stages.
- Draft, send, and negotiate sales quotes, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding, subscription renewals, and payment turnaround.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver client‑specific solutions.
- Contribute to CRM data hygiene, sales pipeline reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Support market‑specific long‑term commercial projects and improve sales processes.
Required Skills
- Fluent in French (written & spoken); high proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management abilities.
- Comfortable with digital tools: CRM, Google Workspace, web‑based platforms.
- Phone and video‑call confidence; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and proactive with limited supervision.
- Interest in digital music products, creative industries, and B2B sales.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑growing environment.
Required Education & Certifications
- Current university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–6 months of internship or part‑time experience in B2B sales or business development strongly preferred.
- No specific certifications mandatory; knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
