Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer (Integrations) Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, connectors, and APIs for integration solutions, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability across multiple data stores and cloud environments. Expectations: Deliver clean, well‑documented code that adheres to best practices in version control and CI/CD. Collaborate cross‑functionally in an Agile setting and contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and test RESTful APIs and backend services using C#, .NET Core, and Python (Flask/ FastAPI). - Develop database solutions with MS SQL Server and MongoDB, optimizing data models and queries. - Integrate services via connectors, ensuring robust error handling and monitoring. - Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and CI/CD pipeline execution. - Maintain source code in Git, following branch strategy and pull request workflows. - Monitor application health and performance using tools such as Sentry or equivalent. - Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments in cloud or on‑premise environments. Required Skills: - Strong programming experience in C# and .NET Core. - Proficiency in Python with Flask or FastAPI. - Experience building RESTful web services and integrating third‑party APIs. - Solid knowledge of MS SQL Server and MongoDB data modeling and querying. - Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices. - CI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. - Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration fundamentals. - Exposure to monitoring, error tracking, and alerting solutions (e.g., Sentry, Prometheus). - Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with LLMs is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. - No specific certifications required but relevant industry credentials (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are advantageous.
