Job Description

**Job Title:** Full Stack Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and scale end‑to‑end applications that convert complex data sets into actionable workflows and insights. Drive product thinking, own projects from concept through production, and deliver high‑impact solutions for enterprise customers. **Expectations:** - User‑obsessed mindset delivering measurable business value. - Ownership mentality with autonomy to lead problem solving. - Ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Commitment to performance, reliability, and continuous improvement in production. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement responsive UIs using TypeScript and React. - Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services (e.g., FastAPI, Node.js). - Develop, operationalize, and monitor data pipelines handling structured and unstructured data. - Integrate front‑end and back‑end components to provide seamless user experiences. - Participate in full software lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑release support. - Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to define requirements and ensure solution fit. - Contribute to code quality, performance optimization, and accessibility standards. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in TypeScript, React (hooks, state management, component architecture). - Experience building production‑grade RESTful APIs and backend services. - Strong data handling skills; ability to translate datasets into functional code. - Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS) and front‑end build tools (Vite, Webpack). - Knowledge of testing frameworks and best practices for front‑end reliability. - Experience with distributed compute frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus. - Exposure to Palantir Foundry/AIP and ML/LLM deployment environments is advantageous. - Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). - Proven track record of delivering production‑grade applications. - No specific certifications required.
