Job Description: Job Title: Product Success Executive Role Summary: Combines product management and relationship responsibilities with a focus on lending and correspondent banking. Supports the Head of Lending & Correspondent Banking by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to manage existing products, launch new offerings, ensure compliance, and monitor performance. Expectations: Manage lifecycle of lending products, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., Consumer Duty), coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights for continuous product improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to assess customer value propositions and prepare committee updates. - Monitor product performance using analytics tools, identify reporting enhancements, and contribute to executive decision-making. - Support product development and testing, including user acceptance testing, remediation tracking, and collaboration with project managers. - Oversee risk and business performance monitoring, prepare compliance documentation, and address regulatory reporting requirements. - Maintain and update lending and correspondent banking policies, procedures, and methodologies. - Coordinate onboarding processes, client communications, and ad hoc assignments as needed. Required Skills: - Analytical capabilities (market research, data analysis). - Project management (cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication). - Risk and compliance understanding (regulatory requirements, Consumer Duty). - Strong written/oral communication for internal/external presentations. - Technical proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, IT systems). Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or risk management (CRM, CFA) preferred.
