Job Description
Job title: Senior Business Process Analyst Role Summary: Lead the design, documentation and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end business processes for a technology‑enabled care solutions provider. Use BPMN v2 to deliver Level 1‑6 process models and identify automation and efficiency opportunities for senior management. Expactations: ► Produce detailed, accurate process maps that expose gaps, bottlenecks and optimization potential. ► Advise leadership on business‑process strategies and automation priorities. ► Maintain process repository and ensure alignment with industry standards. ► Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyse and map current processes (Level 1‑6) using BPMN v2. • Store and version process models in BPM tools such as Camunda or ARIS. • Conduct gap analyses to highlight inefficiencies, compliance risks and automation opportunities. • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, Operations, IT, Finance) to refine process design. • Develop process improvement roadmaps and support pilot implementations. • Maintain updated documentation and training materials for process users. • Travel as required to collaborate with on‑site teams and conduct workshops.
