Job Description

**Job Title:** Graphic Design Intern (6‑month internship) **Role Summary:** Support the Marketing Department in creating visual assets across print, digital, and video channels. Work closely with the senior graphic designer to produce engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, and motion graphics. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate strong organizational and detail‑oriented work habits. - Show willingness to learn and apply feedback quickly. - Communicate effectively within a collaborative team environment. - Meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design visual assets for social media platforms and email newsletters. - Develop and adapt print and web documents (brochures, flyers, web banners). - Layout and produce graphics for signage, point‑of‑sale displays, and other promotional materials. - Create and format PowerPoint presentations. - Produce simple motion‑design animations and GIFs. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects. - Basic knowledge of motion‑design principles and animation tools. - Strong visual composition, typography, and color theory skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines. - Good written and verbal communication in French (preferred) and English (advantage). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Bac+3/4) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - No formal certifications required; portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is essential.
