**Job Title:** Data Scientist – AI & Analytics
**Role Summary:**
Lead advanced statistical analysis for pharmaceutical market research while driving the design, development, and testing of AI‑enhanced research tools. Execute traditional analytics (segmentation, conjoint, predictive modeling) and innovate AI applications (LLM integration, chatbot interfaces, synthetic data validation) to accelerate insights delivery.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver rigorous, reproducible analytics for client studies.
- Prototype and iterate AI methodologies that respond to evolving client needs.
- Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform segmentation, conjoint/MaxDiff, message testing, key driver analysis, and predictive modeling on survey datasets.
- Clean, weight, and quality‑control survey data.
- Produce client deliverables (excel simulators, R Shiny dashboards, PowerPoint, report tables).
- Design and develop R Shiny and web‑based AI tools for qualitative coding and data interaction.
- Build, test, and validate AI‑generated synthetic respondent data and chatbot interfaces.
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) into existing analytics workflows.
- Document processes, create user guides, and support internal tool adoption.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in R (tidyverse, Shiny); strong Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) acceptable.
- Experienced with regression, clustering, factor analysis, conjoint/MaxDiff, and survey weighting.
- Demonstrated programming beyond scripting—dashboards, pipelines, or tool development.
- Hands‑on AI experience: LLM API usage, prototype chatbots, prompt engineering.
- Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Biostatistics, Economics, or related quantitative field (Master’s/PhD welcomed).
- Academic or internship experience in applied statistics or market research analytics.
