Job Title: Junior Product Manager – France
Role Summary
Support product strategy and marketing execution for Sushi Daily and Happy Tokyo brands in France, focusing on category management, 360° campaigns, merchandising, data analysis, and cross‑functional stakeholder coordination.
Expectations
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for product mix optimisation, pricing, visibility, and promotions.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign development and performance reporting to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Maintain and update marketing assets for store openings and in‑store concepts.
• Analyse retailer data (panels, NPS, ad‑hoc) to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Lead and develop a junior intern while collaborating with agencies, retailers, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and optimise category mix (pricing, visibility, performance, promotions) and launch new products.
- Recommend local product innovations and rationalisation initiatives.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor 360° marketing campaigns, including activations, POS materials, merchandising, and promotional mechanics.
- Prepare campaign reviews, analysis, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Create, update, and manage marketing assets for store openings and other concepts (windows, kiosks, etc.).
- Oversee merchandising strategy, tool implementation, and performance tracking.
- Analyse and share retailer data (purchasing panels, NPS scores, ad‑hoc data).
- Supervise a marketing intern and support team collaboration.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
- Experience in product/category management and pricing strategy.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with retail data sources and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
