Job Description

**Job Title:** Management Accounting Intern **Role Summary:** Assist the Finance Department in executing and analyzing monthly financial closings, performance metrics, and revenue‑cost monitoring. Expand BI capabilities by developing Power BI dashboards and contributing to rolling forecasts and budgeting processes. Deliver accurate, insightful reporting to support decision‑making and operational improvement. **Expectations:** - Internship start: February/March 2026 - Duration: 4–6 months - Full‑time commitment, structured learning and mentorship in financial governance **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Produce and scrutinise monthly financial closings and variance explanations. 2. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight trends and outliers. 3. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, converting raw data into actionable visualisations. 4. Participate in rolling forecast updates and budgeting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 5. Draft clear, concise written reports for finance management and cross‑functional stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modelling). - Competency in data handling and manipulation; familiarity with Power Query/Power BI and relational database concepts (SQL) preferred. - Strong analytical mindset, rigorous attention to detail, and initiative in problem‑solving. - Excellent written communication and the ability to present complex data simply. - Creative thinking and willingness to propose process improvements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current Master’s student (M2) or recently graduated in Control of Management, Accounting, Audit, or Finance (or related 3rd‑cycle program). - Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and dashboarding; practical experience in management accounting a plus. ---
