Job Description
**Job Title:** District Sales Executive (Maritime Regions) **Role Summary:** Lead sales initiatives in assigned territory, develop client relationships, and deliver logistics solutions while managing account transitions and financial processes. **Expectations:** - Maintain a diversified sales pipeline across industry verticals and Expeditors services. - Meet monthly targets of 50 sales calls and required joint calls as directed. - Adhere to individual budget requirements. - Support accounts receivable collection and credit setup for new clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage territory by conducting market research on clients and competitors. - Enter data promptly into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Collaborate with regional teams, geographic resources, and knowledge management to create cost-effective logistics solutions (e.g., network diagrams). - Support onboarding of new accounts and client transitions. - Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and product/service knowledge. - Engage in local trade groups as directed. - Fulfill additional assignments to meet business needs. **Required Skills:** - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication abilities. - Proven sales experience (2–5 years) in targeted market. - Ability to work independently and in teams within fast-paced environments. - Urgency-driven approach to meeting goals. - Relationship-building focus and persuasive negotiation skills. - Capacity for rapid decision-making in dynamic conditions. - Bilingual proficiency in English and French. - Data entry and CRM software proficiency. - Presentation and client-facing communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree preferred (no specific field required). - Demonstrated sales performance and logistics industry knowledge.
