**Job Title:** International Projects Manager (Fixed‑Term)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of international cultural projects for an opera house, coordinating training programs, cultural engineering initiatives, and partnership contracts across dance, music, and costume departments. Drive prospecting activities, respond to external inquiries, and support missions abroad while ensuring budgetary control and quality standards.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver complex, multi‑disciplinary projects on schedule and within budget.
- Build and manage networks of internal experts and external partners worldwide.
- Produce high‑quality presentations, proposals, and contractual documents in both French and English.
- Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, strong negotiation, and excellent public‑relations skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design and launch international training and cultural‑engineering programs in collaboration with artistic departments.
2. Identify, recruit, and coordinate a network of opera‑specific experts and client partners.
3. Draft and negotiate contractual tools (recruitment, partnership, service agreements).
4. Create and maintain project retro‑planning, budget reports, and financial tracking.
5. Ensure pedagogical coherence and quality control of cultural‑engineering outputs.
6. Participate in overseas missions, site analyses, and partner meetings.
7. Contribute to prospecting strategy: target identification, proposal creation, response to requests, and representation at institutional events (embassies, cultural institutes).
8. Host delegations and conduct reconnaissance missions, delivering diagnostic reports.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of the performing arts sector (dance, music, workshops) and its professional ecosystem.
- Proven project‑management methodology expertise and ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of international networks, legal frameworks, and accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency with office software, presentation and layout tools (PowerPoint, InDesign, Canva).
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational, anticipatory, and negotiation abilities.
- Superior written communication, tool creation, and team coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Public‑relations aptitude, relational intelligence, precision, autonomy, adaptability, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Cultural Management, Business/Commerce, or Law.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in international cultural project management or a comparable role.
