**Job Title** Early Careers Talent Manager **Role Summary** Lead strategy for attraction, recruitment, and development of entry-level to mid-level talent (graduates, interns, apprentices, up to Senior Surveyor/Planner). Develop programs aligned with organizational goals, manage budgets, and ensure diverse, inclusive hiring practices. **Expectations** Deliver scalable early careers initiatives, optimize recruitment processes, and strengthen employer brand to secure top talent.
