Job Description
**Job Title** Business Developer **Role Summary** Drive M‑Pulse’s commercial growth across IT, IS, and digital transformation sectors. Own the full sales cycle, partnering closely with consulting teams to craft high‑value offers and secure new business. **Expectations** - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline. - Build and sustain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on strategic and operational challenges. - Co‑create tailored proposals with consulting experts, contributing to product definition and market adaptation. - Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring win‑back and cross‑sell opportunities. - Support visibility initiatives (events, partnerships, ecosystem engagement) to strengthen brand positioning. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospecting and lead qualification (cold calls, inbound leads, networking). - Develop a targeted portfolio of accounts and manage the sales lifecycle from discovery to closing. - Collaborate with consulting teams to construct compelling commercial proposals and refine service offerings. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure agreements. - Provide input on growth strategies, channel development, and market entry tactics. - Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts in CRM. **Required Skills** - Bilingual French/English communication; persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities. - Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in business development or consulting. - Entrepreneurial mindset, result‑oriented, with ability to rally cross‑functional teams. - Interest and understanding of project management, transformation, and IT/IS initiatives. - Excellent analytical, organizational and time‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an engineering or business school (equivalent to Bac+5). - Minimum 2 years of successful experience in commercial development or consulting. - Knowledge of project management principles and IT/IS environments preferred.
