Job title: PMO Programme SAP (F/H) Role Summary: Serve as the central Program Management Office (PMO) lead for SAP implementation projects, ensuring the secure delivery of program milestones, governance, budgeting, and post‑governance (“hypercare”) activities across multiple SAP S/4HANA initiatives. Expactations: Deliver end‑to‑end program oversight, maintain strict control over schedule, risk, cost, and quality; synchronize project portfolios; interpret business and technical requirements from SAP environments; and provide executive reporting and KPI analysis. Required Skills: - Program and portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, and milestone/ risk oversight. - Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA, understanding both business and technical aspects. - Proven ability to coordinate multi‑stakeholder teams, align strategy with execution, and safeguard delivery. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and other project management methodologies. - Strong written and verbal communication in English (minimum C1). Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum 5‑year university degree (Bac+5) from a top engineering, commerce, or university program specializing in management, transformation, or information systems. - Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, SAP Certified Application Associate, or Agile Scrum Master are advantageous.
