Salesforce Solution Architect
Role Summary:
Lead the architectural design and technical direction of Salesforce for Sales, Renewals, and Marketing functions. Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and fully integrated with the broader enterprise ecosystem, providing a robust foundation for global growth and operational excellence.

- Deliver a clear architectural vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise standards.

- Maintain governance, standards, and best‑practice adherence for consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own Salesforce architectural vision and roadmap for Sales, Renewals, and Marketing cloud solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions aligned with global rollout objectives.
- Serve as technical design authority, ensuring consistency across patterns, guardrails, and frameworks.
- Translate commercial and operational stakeholder needs into sustainable technical designs.
- Oversee integration with ERP, data lake, analytics, and identity platforms.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for platform consistency.
- Collaborate with Security and Data teams to embed enterprise‑grade security, data protection, and compliance.
- Leverage AI and automation tools (Einstein, Agentforce, Tableau, etc.) to optimize processes and enable data‑driven decisions.
- Ensure platform readiness for future global rollouts, including localization, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor and guide development teams to align with architectural intent and delivery excellence.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years as a Solution/Enterprise Architect in large‑scale Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Marketing, Revenue Cloud).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies: API integrations, Lightning, Flow, Data Cloud.
- Enterprise architecture experience with integration design, data management, and global deployment standards.
- Proven ability in designing secure, compliant, and scalable architectures for regulated or global organizations.
- Experience with AI, automation, and practical application of agentic AI within Salesforce.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud‑native principles, and marketing automation, CPQ or renewal management systems.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (highly preferred).
