**Job Title:** Associate, Global Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Support the execution of global marketing strategies for a portfolio of beauty brands, focusing on new color sets, exclusives, and seasonal programs. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage pricing and cost objectives, and deliver marketing insights and forecasts to enable successful product launches worldwide.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver timely, data‑driven marketing support that aligns with brand strategy and 3‑year innovation pipeline.
- Ensure cost, timing, and creative quality targets are consistently met across all programs.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management through concise presentations and reports.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop global marketing objectives, strategies, and innovation road‑maps.
- Partner with GBSC, GBP, Product Development, Packaging, Design, Supply, Education, PR, and Consumer Marketing to launch new programs.
- Create and maintain marketing forecast estimates and cost‑of‑goods (COG) projections in collaboration with Cost Accounting.
- Lead SKU management, pricing recommendations, and COG analysis for managed categories.
- Produce bulletins and presentations for senior leadership, innovation, and regional meetings.
- Drive project briefing, editorial coordination, and PPD meeting facilitation (agenda, minutes, follow‑ups).
- Identify new product concepts through trend, technology, and competitor analysis; prepare sub‑category reviews.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive launch activity, including 360‑support programs.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 2 years global marketing experience, preferably in luxury or prestige consumer goods.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project/category management abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation development (PowerPoint).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word; quick to learn additional corporate systems.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Knowledge of product development, packaging, advertising, and sales functions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
- No additional professional certifications required, but relevant marketing or luxury industry credentials are advantageous.
