**Job title:** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary:** Identify, qualify, and schedule demos with prospective B2B clients for a SaaS platform serving e‑commerce and logistics businesses. Serve as the first point of contact, building relationships and driving pipeline growth to support the senior sales team. **Expectations:** - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly appointment‑setting targets. - Maintain up‑to‑date, accurate data in the company CRM. - Demonstrate the value proposition through clear, compelling communication. - Act as an ambassador for the company’s culture and brand. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and identify high‑potential prospects across target industries. - Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social channels to engage decision‑makers. - Qualify leads, assess fit, and schedule product demos for the sales team. - Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting. - Track and report on key metrics such as outreach volume, conversion rates, and appointment quantity. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and develop collateral. - Maintain deep knowledge of the product suite, its benefits, and competitive positioning. **Required Skills:** - Proven prospecting and outreach experience (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns). - Comfortable using CRM systems and prospecting tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and resilient in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. - Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. - Prior experience in SaaS, e‑commerce, or logistics sales is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Relevant sales or CRM certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Enablement, Salesforce Administrator) are advantageous.
