**Job Title:** Pre‑Sales Solution Architect
**Role Summary:**
Customer‑focused technical advisor who partners with sales, product, and engineering to design, demonstrate, and validate cloud‑native and AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients. Drives solution adoption, supports post‑sale activities, and provides feedback to shape product direction.
**Expectations:**
- Translate client business goals into technical solutions using Kubernetes, cloud, and AI/ML platforms.
- Deliver compelling presentations and live demos to senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead POCs and workshops, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client strategies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date expertise on cloud, container, and AI/ML technologies.
- Travel 1–3 times per month for on‑site client engagements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Mirantis solutions.
- Collaborate with sales to assess client environments and architect tailored solutions.
- Manage end‑to‑end POC projects and technical workshops.
- Serve as trusted advisor, building long‑term relationships with client stakeholders.
- Provide post‑sales technical support (training, deployment assistance) alongside Customer Success.
- Research and stay current on Kubernetes, AI/ML, DevOps, and observability tools.
- Contribute to internal innovation, continuous learning, and teamwork initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in pre‑sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for cloud‑native/enterprise software.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenStack, Docker, microservices, and public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure (Kubeflow, MLflow, NVIDIA AI) and integration with cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in DevOps/CI‑CD automation tools and observability stacks (monitoring, logging, alerting).
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure competitive landscape and open‑source ecosystem.
- Proven ability to influence senior IT leaders (CIO, CTO) in Fortune 500 environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Industry certifications such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) are a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks advantageous.
