Job Description: **Job Title** Engineer – Programming & Robotics (F/M) **Role Summary** Develop, program, and commission industrial robotic and PLC systems for the manufacturing of pressurized gas tanks. Work closely with production, mechanical, electrical, and project teams to deliver customized technical solutions and continuous process improvement. **Expectations** ● 2+ years of experience programming industrial robots and PLCs ● Proven ability to deliver functional code, conduct tests, debug, and validate solutions ● Self‑driven, meticulous, and collaborative in a hands‑on engineering environment ● Strong sense of field‑level requirements and continuous improvement mindset **Key Responsibilities** - Program, configure, and commission robotic systems (KUKA, FANUC, ABB, …). - Develop and maintain PLC applications (Siemens, Schneider, etc.). - Perform testing, debugging, validation, and optimisation of control programs. - Interface with mechanical, electrical, and project teams to integrate solutions. - Propose and evaluate new technologies and improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - PLC and robot programming (KUKA, FANUC, ABB, Siemens, Schneider). - Debugging, testing, and optimisation of control systems. - Collaborative communication with multi‑disciplinary teams. - Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree or equivalent qualification in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field. - Certifications for industrial robot operation or PLC programming are an asset.
